Relaunching a Product for a Pandemic

At the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic, companies across Tech – from Verizon to Microsoft – were looking for ways to pivot tentpole in-person events to a virtual setting. Seeing an opportunity, I assembled a cross-functional team to repackage an existing livestream product as a virtual events platform for marketers. Within weeks, we rolled out a new product positioning, a go-to-market plan, and promotional materials for sales teams to take to clients.

The Impact:
