Relaunching a Product in a Global Pandemic
At the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic, companies across Tech – from Salesforce to Microsoft – were looking for ways to pivot tentpole in-person conferences to virtual events. So I assembled a cross-functional team to repackage an existing livestream product as a virtual events platform for B2B marketers, leading to a 28% growth in product revenue, and +50 major livestream events held on the platform in just the first year.
